COMMISSIONS:

Hi guys and gals! So if "work" work permits, I will do commissions and here is the sheet to explain it.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY! It's not that long and will save some explanation. I enjoy doing them and put a lot of myself into them, so let's stick to commissions. A character design is something else entirely and comes with different parameters for price. COMMISSION ARE FOR FUN!!!!

Chadwick J. Coleman is a freelance artist with 12 years of professional experience in the fields of illustration, concept art, and design. A graduate of The School of Visual Arts, NY 2003, Chadwick has taken a degree in Cartooning/Illustration/Sequential Art, and turned it into a career working with such industry gaming "well knowns" as Disney, Electronic Arts, Activision, and THQ, to name a few.

In order to expand his industry experience Chadwick has also worked with such film and special effects companies as Ghost House Pictures (Beverly Hills, CA), Zoic Studios (Culver City, CA), Reality Check Studios (Hollywood, CA), WIT Animation (Santa Monica, CA), Creative Impulse Entertainment (New York, NY), Squirrels with Nuts Studios (Universal City, CA), and the quintessential inventors factory Two Bit Circus (Downtown LA, CA).

Chadwick is currently moving into creative directing on an artistic level to further his familiarity in the disciplines of animation, story boarding, character design, and 3D/CG.

Re-posting this because it will never matter more than today... I am dedicating this piece "Officially" to one of my favorite teachers at SVA and legendary comic book creator 'CARMINE INFANTINO'. The creator of the Flash we all know and love (Silver Age Flash), Poison Ivy, Batgirl, and many other well known comic book characters, passed today at age 87 [link]

Carmine was a teacher of mine while I attended The School of Visual Arts in New York, NY. I absolutely loved his very straight forward attitude about comics and how to put one together the right way. I will always be grateful for his words and wisdom.
He is the teacher that told me I had "it" and that I should continue doing comics. "It," being that artist's eye for putting things together well, he told me.

I'd been wanting to do a piece for him since I left school and didn't feel my skills were up to par enough at the time to do a respectable piece for him. So with progression over the years came this piece. Hope he liked it.. R.I.P. Carmine Infantino (May 24, 1925 – April 4, 2013) [link]
