TADAAAAAA!!!
This one has been a long time coming... Absolutely one of my favorite characters in comics..which is ironic because she didn't even start in the comics.
Simultaneously a commission and a personal piece of fan art, Ms. Harley Quinn was a treat to draw. The body took no time at all, but I went back and forth on her facial expression for a bit as I needed to capture her personality and the permanent voice I have in my head of her (Arleen Sorkin, from Batman The Animated Series). There is no other voice. Took some time to figure out how long or short to make her head tassels as well, as I've seen them a number of ways, but had to figure out which way I actually like them myself.
